When you register with us on line, we request certain information. Your personal security is of paramount importance to us and for this reason no information is passed on or disclosed to third parties.

We ask that you register your name (the card holder). We also ask for certain information to be given when registering. You will not be able to shop online without registering.

We do not pass your information on to third parties.

We use session cookies/variables to keep track of your purchases whilst you are on the site. We do not record any personal details or store anything on your PC that identifies you to us or any other party. In order to make purchases and store items in your basket whilst on the site you must ensure that your browser has session cookies/variables enabled. Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the RCMS website. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference.

  1. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
  2. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however as timescales are only estimates delays are sometimes unavoidable.
  3. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. In this event a full refund will be available.
  4. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
  5. We do file details of your orders. Please read our Data Protection Policy for details of how these can be obtained.
  6. Payment can be made by any method specified in the payment section. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
  7. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
  8. Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations (see the returns and refunds section for further details) and we will collect the item free of charge. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will advise you about it as soon as possible.
  9. We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your PC, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your PC resulting from use of this website.

  1. When you register and use this site you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computer or otherwise. We will use this data to fulfil our agreement with you. Details on your orders can be obtained by emailing us at any time.
  2. We may use information that you provide or that is obtained by us:
    1. To register you with our web site and to administer our web site services;
    2. For assessment and analysis (e.g. market, customer and product analysis) to enable us to review, develop and improve the services which we offer and to enable us to provide you and other customers with relevant information through our marketing activities.

  3. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
  4. You have the right to see personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act) that we keep about you, upon receipt of a written request and payment of a fee. If you are concerned that any of the information we hold on you is incorrect please contact us.
  5. Please be aware that our site may link to other web sites which may be accessed through our site. We are not responsible for the data policies or procedures or the content of these linked web sites.
  6. Please note that any products and services are supplied subject to our standard terms and conditions.

Returns, refunds, exchanges and warranties

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from RCMS. It is our aim to offer you value and quality. So if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return, replacement or refund. Products must be unused in its original packaging together with the receipt. We'll exchange it or offer you a refund and that's guaranteed!
  1. All goods returned that have been correctly supplied will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
  2. Non-faulty goods can only be returned if they are unused and are in a saleable condition with the packaging undamaged.
  3. Goods are guaranteed against failure of manufacturer's materials or workmanship. Products may be required to be returned to the manufacturer for technical inspection before credit or part replacement can be issued.
  4. Exchange old units must be of a re-serviceable condition for credit to be issued. The return of exchange units is at the company's direction.
  5. It is a condition of sale that all goods supplied remain the property of Roger Clark Motorsport until such time they are paid for in full.
  6. Competition parts and car kits are sold without warranty. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and user of such parts to determine their suitability and legality for whatever purpose they are intended.
We reserve the right to suspend any delivery to any overdue account.

V.A.T

All Parts and freight charges which are invoiced to Mainland Britain and Northern Ireland are subject to the UK's Tax rate called V.A.T. The V.A.T rate is 17.5%

If parts are being despatched to the following destinations then the parts will be subject to V.A.T unless the receiver has a valid V.A.T tax registration code, in which case the parts will be exempt from V.A.T.

Destination duties and taxes

Different countries have different import duty rates and different parts also have differing duty rates. Therefore it is impossible to catalogue all the possible duty rates that you, the customer may have to pay, when importing a part from the United Kingdom.

The receiver of the goods will be responsible for the payment of the destination duties. Note! All prices that have been displayed are in the UK currency format of GBP. The final invoice total is also shown in Euros. The Euro exchange rate is subject to daily change.
